CONDITION OF STOCK
Each item for sale is given one of the following codes; a rough classification relating to the condition, rarity and cost price (to us) of the item:

P - Direct from the publisher.
1. New or as New - May have name on front cover/inside or pencil markings.
2. Good or Average - Music may have a taped spine or a few minor blemishes, but the contents are generally good.
3. Music may have damaged or torn covers and some blemishes, but the contents are readable; some may be neatly hole punched and pages complete, but separated. Generally 'aged' and 'used', but useable.

Where possible, but not always, a description of significant blemishes will be detailed. If you require an exact description of any items offered for sale before submitting an order, please ask.

Please remember that the majority of items have had previous owners.


DELIVERY OF ORDERS
It is aimed to despatch orders within two working days after receipt of payment. Please also see Payment section, below.
Please note that when new items are added to the catalogue (January, April, July and October); processing and delivery will take longer.

ERRORS
If you have not received your order in four to six weeks, please contact Royal Mail. We will give you the information about the date, time and place of posting after six weeks has passed, if requested. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given by usedorganmusic.co.uk.
Proof of postings is not obtained on posting of orders due to the need to wait in a queue (normally for an hour or more).


OFFERS OF MUSIC FOR SALE
Please let us know of any items that you have for sale (or donation). We will consider buying classical organ music together with books on the organ and Church music. Please provide a list of items that you are disposing of (Composer, Title of piece, Publisher and Condition). We also purchase complete libraries.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
Postage and packaging costs are added onto the cost of your order.
You have the choice for the order to be sent Airmail or Surface Post. Please note both can take up to six weeks for delivery.
Postage costs are based on the weight and size of your order; Packaging costs are a nominal amount to cover a hard-backed envelope, label and parcel tape (if considered necessary).
Royal Mail postage services are used.
A rough estimate of postage costs can be made by the number of items ordered using the online Royal Mail Postage Estimator.

PAYMENT
Payment is required before items are despatched.

Payment can be made by the following methods :-
Cash (immediate despatch);
Postal Order (immediate despatch);
Paypal (immediate despatch);
Bank Transfer (immediate despatch) or
Cheque (despatch upon clearance of cheque).

An E-Mail will be sent to you when your order has been gathered together and weighed. This will give details the amount to be paid including Postage and Packaging. Payment should be made within two working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to the name of the stores owner not usedorganmusic.co.uk. If paying by Cheque, items will be despatched when the cheque has cleared (usually one week from the day that cheque is banked). Please note that Paypal apply a small administration charge which will also be added to the amount payable. 

Cheques will be banked the Monday following receipt; items will be despatched once week later, once payment has cleared.
 

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Postage and packaging costs are added onto the cost of your order.
You have the choice for the order to be sent First or Second Class. Second Class is only applicable to orders under 1,000g.

REFUNDS
Goods correctly supplied are none returnable. If you are unsure about any items offered for sale before submitting an order, please ask.
